How to increase your chances of conceiving a boy or a girl

The main idea behind trying for a boy or a girl is understanding the difference between male and female-producing sperm. Male sperm is smaller, moves quicker, and lives for a shorter amount of time than female sperm does. So, increasing your chances of conceiving a boy it is very important to time intercourse as close as possible to ovulation in order for the male sperm to be able to reach the egg quickly. Also, at the time when a woman ovulates, her cervical mucous is more akaline which allows the male sperm to live. (Acidic mucous before ovulation kills the male sperm and leaves the female sperm.)

So the key is to know exactly when you ovulate. The Creator has kindly given us a way to find this out by our cervical mucous. Have you ever noticed how it changes in quality over the course of your cycle? You can discern this by getting some mucous on two fingers and pulling them apart (or wipe with toilet paper and then examine that if you prefer). Here's the pattern (starting from right after your period ends):
  • Dry
  • Wet
  • Sticky/Crumbly/Rubbery
  • Creamy (Lotiony/Milky)
  • Like raw eggwhites (very stretchy, clear) *OVULATION*
  • Dry
  • Wet (right before menstruation)
